It’s a year in jail for a sexual assault suspect in Dunn County.
A judge yesterday sentenced Jesse Fortenberry, from Mississippi, to a year behind bars. He pleaded guilty to a weapons charge, and prosecutors reduced the sexual assault charge against him to a misdemeanor. Police say he admitted to shooting bullets into two cars in downtown Menomonie last summer.
