Richard S. Hulburt will be released on 4/16/2024 and will be residing in Chippewa Falls, as we await the official address.
On 12/12/2018 Hulburt was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, on 11/9/2011 Hulburt was convicted of 4th Degree Sexual Assault and Lewd behavior for exposing himself.
Hulburt will be under supervision with the Department of Corrections until 04/23/2030. He will be subject to Global Positioning System (GPS) his entire life. He also is required to register with the WI Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registration Program for life.
Hulburt is to have no unsupervised contact with minors unless approved by the Department of Corrections, no contact with his victims, and he cannot use illegal drugs. He is to comply with standard sex offender rules and cooperate with electronic monitoring. He is required to have face-to-face contact with law enforcement for registration purposes, to comply with all requirements, and is a lifetime registrant of Wisconsin’s Sex Offender Registration Program
