Soon-to-be former Wisconsin Congressman Mike Gallagher is reportedly heading into the data security business .
A number of reports on Friday said that Gallagher is joining the firm Palantir when he leaves Congress later this month. Palantir was founded by Peter Thiel and focuses on national and international security. Gallagher surprised many in his Green Bay district when he announced earlier this year that he would not run for re-election. He surprised even more people when he said last month that he will leave Congress on April 19th, and not serve-out the rest of his term.
