The City of Altoona has announced the 2024 City of Altoona Photography Contest.
This photo contest provides an opportunity to highlight the beauty and splendor that surrounds visitors to River Prairie each day with special attention given to River Prairie’s feathered residents and visitors. Photos of ALL birds are welcome, not just the River Prairie Eagles.
