If you have plans to travel in our state, just a heads up that crews are scheduled to start work today on a nine-mile resurfacing project along Highway 27 in Crawford County.
State DOT officials say the project will extend from Northwest Avenue in Seneca north to Fairview. The four-point-five-million-dollar project reportedly will also include updated curb ramps in Mount Sterling, as well as the replacement of guardrails and culvert pipers and some tree clearing. Transportation officials say the work will not impact traffic through the area, adding that flaggers will be on duty when required.
