The heavy snow and winds over the weekend are switching over rain today across Wisconsin as temperatures are warming into the 40s.
While much of the snow that blanketed the state over the weekend is melting, some slick spots still exist. Most of the changeover was expected in the Chippewa Valley before dawn as the snow melts and pools along the roads. A round of snow was forecast overnight before it turned into rain.
