Wisconsin is distributing more than 320-thousand dollars to improve county forest roads.
Governor Tony Evers says the money will benefit more than 900 miles of roadway spanning 24 counties. The Department of Transportation says the money should help decrease the amount counties have to pay for the road improvements. To qualify, roads must be located in county forest limits and be open to the public for travel.
