The Wisconsin Supreme Court is going to decide if the number of people who’ve been declared incompetent to vote is a public record.
The court yesterday said it will hear arguments in the case from Walworth County. The Wisconsin Voters Alliance sued Walworth County for the number of people who’ve been declared incompetent, saying the numbers don’t add-up with Wisconsin’s voter rolls.
