A family member of the eight-year-old found dead in a Fulton home has been arrested and charged with homicide.
Rock County Sheriff’s deputies and Fulton Police say they were called to look for a missing child. They say they searched the home once and didn’t find the child before starting a search outside. Dayveon Lathrop was detained and officers got a search warrant to look at the house again.
The child’s body was found during the second search.
