A man from Chippewa Falls is sentenced to 35 years in prison for shooting his ex-girlfriend.
The victim put two restraining orders against Joshua Moggo two weeks before he shot her. The officers that arrested him shooting said he told them she got what she deserved. Moggo pleaded guilty for three charges last September. He will also have to pay 80-thousand in restitution.
