The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is denying accusations of discrimination in a federal lawsuit. The suit was filed by Rochelle Hoffman, a former employee, who says she was discriminated against because she’s white.
Along with denying they discriminated against Hoffman, the University denies that she was working in a hostile work environment. The university’s chancellor, Affirmative Action director, and Universities of Wisconsin are also named in the lawsuit.
