There’s been a second person arrested in a UTV hit-and-run in Vernon County.
Police in Westby say they arrested 21-year-old Robert Purvis for first-degree Reckless Endangerment. Police say he was riding in the UTV that hit and seriously injured a woman back on February 4th. A second suspect, 22 year old Mitchell McKittrick, was arrested at the time of the crash.
