| Meet Miska. She has had a rough go of it since coming to ECCHA as a stray. You may have seen her story. But if not, the basics are that Miska’s owner never came to pick her up and when her stray hold was up and it became clear they were not coming for her, she legally became a member of the Eau Claire Humane Association. Since Miska arrived, staff noticed that there was something not quite right, as she seemed incredibly uncomfortable urinating. The first thing they did was get her into the vet for x-rays and soon discovered exactly why Miska was so uncomfortable. |
| Miska has two large bladder stones that she is not able to pass. She needs surgery ASAP in order to get her comfortable. ECCHA is asking for donations toward Miska’s surgery – she is already scheduled as it is a necessity for her, but they still need to raise the funds.
