After a State Supreme Court ruling on Friday, Democratic Presidential longshot hopeful Dean Phillips will appear on the primary ballot.
In an unanimous decision the court found that the bipartisan presidential selection committee did not adhere to ballot guidelines and did not discuss the Minnesota Representative. The meeting, according to the court’s opinion, lasted less than five minutes. The primary is scheduled for April 2nd.
