A dairy barn is gone, and several cows are dead after a fire in Pepin County.
It happened Friday morning near Durand. Firefighters say the fire burned the barn to the ground, and damaged another building as well. There’s no word just how many cows died in the fire. No people were hurt. Firefighters say they are now looking for a cause of that fire.
