Wisconsin is the U-S state with the cheapest weekly grocery bill.

In new Census data analysis by Help-Advisor. com, Wisconsin, along with Iowa and Nebraska, were the three states with the most affordable grocery hauls. Average weekly spending on groceries in Wisconsin is about 221-dollars per household — almost 50 dollars less than the national average. In Iowa, households are spending an average of about 227-dollars. The state with the most expensive groceries is California, with a weekly average of almost 300-dollars.
