Four people were taken to a local hospital after an overnight house fire in Durand.
Sheriff’s dispatch audio reported the fire just after two A-M, with a deputy reporting heavy smoke and flames coming from a window. Durand Emergency Medical Services requested a helicopter while ambulances responded from Eau Claire. There’s been no update on the condition of the four people.
