A Winnebago man is looking at his 10th OWI after his arrest Friday in Janesville.
The State Patrol arrested the 63-year-old man after they found his car had slid off the road. Troopers got a call about the man driving recklessly on I-39. In addition to the OWI charge, the State Patrol says the man was driving with a revoked driver’s license, and without an ignition interlock on his car.
