WI Ranks High For Elder Care

Wisconsin was ranked the state with the best elder abuse protections in a new report.

WalletHub, a personal finance app, used data like the rates of elder abuse and neglect or exploitation complaints. The study says Wisconsin ranked highly since there is criminal legislation to combat financial elder abuse in the state. Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia and Kentucky followed Wisconsin on the list. California and Utah were at the bottom.
