Snowplow Drivers, We Appreciate You

Today (Mon.) is Snowplow Driver Appreciation Day.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says Governor Tony Evers designated Nov. 27 as a day to remind drivers to give snow plows plenty of space on the road. The DOT and Wisconsin County Highway Association says Wisconsin partnered with 72 state county highway departments for more than a century. County highway workers have worked with the state year-round to come up with new and improved practices for winter weather road hazards.
