A Madison coffee shop was named best coffee in the world in an international competition.

The Coffee Review says JBC Coffee Roasters has the number-one coffee of 2023. The winner was for the roaster’s Wilton Benitez Pink Bourbon, which broke a record by scoring 98 points out of 100. After its score was revealed in July, the shop says the coffee blend sold out in less than half an hour. They say they’re working on bringing it back soon.
