It’s a million-dollars bond for the suspect in an east side murder from back in July.
The Dane County DA’s office yesterday filed formal first-degree homicide charges against 21-year-old Mark Parks Jr. Madison Police say he allegedly shot and killed a man on the city’s east side on July 13th. Parks is the second suspect in the case. The other man arrested for the killing pleaded not guilty last week.
