Flags on public buildings across Wisconsin will fly at half-staff Tuesday, in memory of the people who were killed in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack two years ago.
A man drove an SUV through the parade on November 21st, 2021, killing six people and injuring 62 others. He’s serving six consecutive life sentences.
