Three officers will not face charges for the death of a man in Barron County this October.
The Rice City Police Department says the officers acted in self-defense. The department says the three officers were approached by a man with a knife after he injured one person and attempted to harm another. They say it was reasonable to believe he would harm the officers and wasn’t dropping the weapon.
