Exhibit Celebrates Indigenous Artists

An exhibition celebrating artwork from Indigenous artists from across the Midwest is now open in Madison.  https://www.facebook.com/Integrated.Art.Group/

The Indigenous Artist of the Upper Midwest Exhibition opened at the Marzen Gallery on Atwood Avenue on Friday.  The exhibit featuring artists from a number of communities, including the Ho-Chunk, Menominee, and Ojibwe includes contemporary artworks by Rabbett Strickland, Tom Jones, John Hitchcoks, Leah Yellowbird, Melanie Sainz, Chris Sweet, and others.  The Indigenous Artist of Upper Midwest Exhibition is open through December 15th.
