A sign of the Christmas holidays in Milwaukee is the arrival of the city’s tree.
The 38-foot Colorado Spruce was harvested by the Department of Public Works Wednesday morning; the tree was donated by a resident, Denise Blue. This will be the 110th anniversary of the city tree, which DPW will decorate. The tree lighting is scheduled for November 17th.
