The plan to ban child sex dolls in Wisconsin is back at the Wisconsin Capitol this week.
An Assembly panel will hold a hearing on the legislation that would make it a felony to have a doll made to look like a child. The proposal adds extra penalties, up to 15 years in prison, if the sex doll is made to look like a specific child. A Senate panel held a hearing on the same plan at the beginning of September.
