We’re getting a little more information about the man shot and killed by Germantown police at a local middle school earlier this week.
His family says the man is Kevin Foy of Lake Villa, Illinois. He is a veteran, his brother says he served two tours in Afghanistan. His brother says Foy was in Germantown to pick-up some things he bought at auction. Investigators said on Tuesday that Foy had no connection to Germantown or the school where he was shot. Germantown Police shot and killed Foy after he climbed on to the school’s roof and fired at them.
