The jury is seated in the trial for a Pewaukee woman accused of killing her friend with eye drops.
Jessy Kurczewski is facing homicide charges in Waukesha County. Police say she poisoned her friend with eye drops in 2018. They also say she stole nearly 300-thousand dollars from the friend. Kurczewski says her friend was a drug addict and had suicidal thoughts. Both sides offered their opening arguments yesterday. Her trial could last as long as a month.
