UW-Madison’s annual “Fill the Hill” fundraiser brought in over half-a-million dollars this year. 

UW Foundation officials said Friday evening they’ve counted nearly 32-hundred gifts totaling more than 513-thousand dollars.  Pink plastic flamingos filled Bascom Hill, each one marking a contribution.  Fill the Hill has brought in about three-million dollars to support university programs, departments, and initiatives since it began.
