Vice President Kamala Harris is postponing her trip to the University of Wisconsin Madison this week because of services for US Senator Diane Feinstein who died last week.
Harris was scheduled at UW-Madison Wednesday as part of her tour of college campuses across the country, where she promotes Biden Administration policies on reproductive rights, climate action, and voting rights. Senator Feinstein will lie in state at San Francisco City Hall beginning Wednesday. Feinstein was the longest serving woman in the U.S. Senate at more than 30 years. The White House says Harris will reschedule her visit to UW-Madison.
