Milwaukee Police and the U.S. Marshals end the summer with the arrest of more than 250 violent criminals in the city.
Milwaukee Police yesterday announced the hall from Operation North Star 3. It’s part of a nationwide crackdown on wanted fugitives. Investigators say this summer’s arrests closed 417 warrants, including 37 for murder, 75 for assault, and 26 for weapons offenses. Authorities say they also took more than 100 guns off the street, that’s nearly a fifth of the total seized across the country as part of Operation North Star 3.
