An Apple a Day… News | September 22, 2023 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy The University of Minnesota is introducing a new kind of apple to the world. It has a crisp, juicy texture sort of like a Honeycrisp but with tropical overtones. The apple breeding program at U of M has been around for more than a century.
