Wisconsin Republicans gaveled in and out of a special session Governor Tony Evers called to discuss the state’s workforce challenges.
Evers called the session to address accessible child care and more family leave. Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu has criticized the special session, and it was expected that Republicans would take no action.
