The organization is once again offering the procedures after a Dane County judge ruled that an 1849 state law banning them is not applicable to abortions that are done voluntarily. Madison pro-choice group MARRCH is hosting an abortion access celebration rally at the Wisconsin Capitol this evening. A spokesperson with Wisconsin Right To Life says they will continue connecting women who want to carry their babies to full term with the resources they need.
