WI DNR Warns of Elevated Fire Risk

There’s an elevated fire risk across much of Wisconsin this weekend.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources responded to ten wildfires this week. With record-breaking heat possible this weekend, combined with dry and windy conditions, the DNR says to avoid all outdoor burning. Current fire danger, wildfire reports, and burning restrictions can be found on the DNR’s website.
