We could get a little more clarity about do-over ballots in Wisconsin today.
A judge in Waukesha is scheduled to hear a case about ballot spoiling. That’s the name for getting a second ballot after you’ve voted. The Wisconsin Elections Commission wanted to allow voters to get a second ballot if the person they voted for dropped-out of the Democratic Race for US Senate last year. Both a lower court judge and an appeals court said that’s not allowed.
