WI State Patrol Troopers and Osseo Police Department responded to a one-vehicle runoff crash on I-94 eastbound at mile marker 91 in Trempealeau County.
Upon arrival Troopers and officers found the driver with minor injuries and a female passenger who had succumbed to her injuries. The initial investigation indicates the vehicle lost control during a rainstorm, left the roadway, and struck a tree.
The crash remains under investigation by the WI State Patrol.
