The state of Wisconsin this year approved 12-and-a-half million dollars to renovate the building. The idea is to modernize and expand the pavilion. The Cream Puff Pavilion is one of the oldest buildings on the fairgrounds and one of the busiest. The Wisconsin Baker’s Association, which makes cream puffs in the building, says it sells over a million dollars worth of cream puffs each year.
