There’s a chance the 15-year-old accused of killing ten-year-old Lily Peters could have his case moved to juvenile court. The suspect appeared in court in Chippewa Falls this morning. The judge in the case is spending the week deciding if his case will be moved to juvenile court and the hearing is expected to last until August 14th.
