There’s an acknowledgement, but no answers about a Wisconsin soldier who jumped the border into North Korea.
U.S. commanders in Korea yesterday said North Korea acknowledged a question about Private Travis King, but there are no specifics beyond that. The Pentagon says King ran across the border back on July 18th, the same day he was supposed to be flown back to America. King’s family is from Racine, and they say they want him back home and safe. No one has heard from King since he crossed the border, and no one is saying when they expect to hear from him.
