Wisconsin voters are starting to make up their minds about the 2024 election.
The latest Marquette Law School Poll shows 31 percent of Republican voters support former President Trump, compared to 30 percent who support Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. DeSantis, however, does much better in a theoretical head-to-head against President Biden, losing 49-47. As opposed to Trump who the poll says would lose that match-up 52-43. The poll gives President Biden an 83 percent favorability rating among Democratic voters in the state. Governor Evers also does well in the new poll. Sixty percent of voters approve of the job the governor is doing, with 35 percent saying that disapprove.
