A Madison native is a history-making Miss Wisconsin 2023.  T

wenty-one-year-old Lila Szyryj was crowned Saturday at the Miss Wisconsin Pageant in Oshkosh.  She’s the first Chinese-American and the first Madison native to win the title  The 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison will compete for the title of Miss America
