WI Air Quality Alert in Effect

The red air quality alert for Eau Claire and other folks in northern Wisconsin continues until 8:00 this morning. 

Wisconsin’s DNR issued the alert yesterday after a haze settled in across parts of Wisconsin as a result of the wildfires in Canada. Eau Claire is one of five counties to see a red air quality alert.  A red-level alert means the air is unhealthy for even healthy people and non-sensitive groups. The state is expected to update its warnings later this morning.
