Janesville Police have been scrambling to keep up with a rash of opiate overdoses.
The Janesville PD said on Saturday that officers have responded to four suspected opiate-related overdoses in just a day and-a-half. Police caution people against using any illegal narcotis and encourage people struggling with addiction to seek treatment. They say it’s critical to call 911 immediately for emergency medical treatment in the event of an overdose.
