We’re going to have to wait for an updated plea in La Crosse’s triple murder from back in 2021.
Khamthaneth Rattanasack was in court yesterday for a scheduled plea hearing, but the judge put that on hold because of a disagreement over a DNA test for his co-defendant. The two are accused of shooting three people in a rock quarry in the Town of Hamilton in July of 2021. Investigators say the shooting came after a fight over stolen credit cards. While Rattanasack’s plea is on hold, the other man charged in the case Nya Thao, is scheduled to go on trial next month.
