Puppy Mill Problems Persist

Wisconsin is on the Humane Society’s Horrible Hundred list for problem puppy mills, but is nowhere near the top. 

The Humane Society lists five problem puppy mills in the state.  Missouri leads the nation with 31.  Illinois is also on the list, with one puppy mill.  None of Wisconsin’s other neighboring states have any problem mills, according to the Humane Society.
