Green Bay Tops List of Best Place to Live

The best place to live in is in Wisconsin. 

That’s according to U.S. News and World Report, which says Green Bay is the place to live in the U.S.  Green Bay gets an eight out of ten on the value index, which considers several factors including median household income, housing affordability, and crime rates.  Madison also ranks near the top of the list at eleventh.
