More than ten-thousand people turned out for the Mifflin Street Block Party on Saturday.
Police made 44 arrests and recovered a stolen handgun from one of the people they arrested. Most of the arrests were for alcohol-related offenses. The man who had the stolen handgun and two other people were taken to the Dane County Jail.
