Madison Police say a 21-year-old woman with a history of hit-and-run wrecks was responsible for February’s wreck that killed a man and his dog.
Investigators say 21-year-old Tiambra Walker was drunk and her young child in the car when she ran down the 66-year-old man as he was walking along Schroeder Road. Walker was out on bond for another hit and run case from March of last year at the time. Dane County’s D.A. is reviewing formal charges in the case. As of yesterday, police say Walker had not yet been arrested.
